If we are out of network with your insurance provider, we are happy to provide a superbill that includes information for you to be reimbursed by your insurance company. Our self-pay rate is $120.

Prior to your first session, it is helpful to carefully check your coverage. You can do this by calling your insurance company and asking the following questions:

• Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
• What is my deductible and has it been met?
• How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
• What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
• Is approval required from my primary care physician?
